For over 46 years, clients have trusted the law firm of Beaman & Clark Law Firm, P.A., formerly known as Marvin L. Beaman, Jr. P.A. to provide high-quality legal representation in the areas of commercial and residential real property, real estate litigation, estate planning, probate administration, landlord and tenant matters, and a variety of general areas.

J MARVIN (MARTY) L. BEAMAN, JR. established  Beaman & Clark Law Firm, P.A. f/k/a Marvin L. Beaman, Jr., P.A. in 1984.

Marty has practiced law for over fifty years and was licensed to practice in 1970. He has been a title agent for over 40 years for Attorney’s Title and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company specializing in both commercial and residential transactions.  From July, 1977, through January, 1981, Mr. Beaman served as Deputy Special Assistant Director of the White House Military Office for President Jimmy Carter and coordinated military support for the White House Office, traveled extensively on an advance team coordinating support for overseas presidential trips with the President and staff.  He also worked on Former President’s Act legislation with then Senator Lawton Chiles.

He resides in Winter Park, Florida, with his wife, Charlene, and has three adult daughters, Jennifer Clark, Esq., Kimberly Rios,  and Ashley Layden, Esq., and six grandchildren, all currently living in Maitland, Florida.

Jennifer Beaman Clark is a partner with Beaman & Clark Law Firm, P.A. and practices primarily in the areas of real estate, wills/trusts, and probate law. 
 
Jennifer joined the firm in 2003 as the firm’s manager. After several years with the practice, she decided to pursue her law degree at Barry University.  Jennifer joined the firm as an Associate in 2012 and as a partner in 2020.  Jennifer resides in Maitland with her husband, Graham, and two children, Ellison and Dylan.

Ashley Layden
Ashley Layden

Attorney

Ashley Beaman Layden joined Beaman & Clark Law Firm, P.A. in 2021 and practices primarily in the areas of wills/trusts and probate law.
 
Born and raised in the Orlando area as a Gator fan, Ashley completed law school at the University of Florida after obtaining her undergraduate degree at Georgetown University.  Following graduation from law school, Ashley practiced family law for over three years with a small family law firm. Subsequently, Ashley served as a Career Law Clerk for over seven years to The Honorable G. Kendall Sharp, Senior United States District Judge, in the United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida.
 
Ashley lives in Maitland with her husband and two young children.
